Introductory race: Running Man men must look for the person they were coupled with by Jong Kook the night before and find them within 100 seconds to prevent them from drinking the flower tea.
Electronics store mission: Answer quiz questions to win electronic appliances. Win two appliances to pass the mission.
Shinsegae department store, Gangnam branch: Wedding photo photozone.
Seogang Bridge race: Complete challenges in segments along the bridge catwalk. Passing a segment challenge allows them to continue to the next location, failing requires continuing on to the next segment. 
Mokdong Wedding Palace elimination: Remove other couples' couples gloves to eliminate them. First to arrive gets a secret one-time elimination deflection band protection which eliminates whoever removes their couples glove.
Comments: The men's reaction to hearing "flower tea" in the introductory race is sourced in ep. 55 and 56.
- There has been a sea change in Running Man on-screen personal interrelations as neither Suk Jin nor Ji Hyo are the least bit fazed at being coupled together, and even get along.
- It's true, they're not kidding around, Haha really was born in Germany.
- The quiz in the electronics store looks modeled off a segment from another variety show that's already cancelled, most often translated in English as "Bouquet" or "Flower Bouquet". Kara, Miss A and 4minute often appeared on that show, although that's not necessarily why the production team chose to use the game. It's probably a pretty common game format on variety shows. If they were referencing the girl groups' appearances on that show, the game would've been played piggy-backed.
- The photozone game is an old Running Man game, last played regularly in ep. 7, but also came up again in ep. 53.
- The Seogang Bridge race format is similar to the Great Wall race in ep. 61. For the aerial shots, they use a remote control flying camera, possibly an "opticopter", that can sometimes be seen in the background from the bridge cameras. No wonder Gary is still single. He complained about Jessica, got frustrated with Hyomin, and now makes Krystal feel bad for eating. Couldn't even hold onto Ji Hyo (j/k).
- It's possible the production team realized the mistake from the Chinese delivery episode, where winning the earlier races gave no advantage in the final race, and corrected that with the deflection band for the first to arrive at the final location. 
- To date, Amber is the only member of f(x), and Nicole the only member of Kara to have not appeared on Running Man (both of whom are first language English speakers). I vote for an episode with Amber, Nicole, plus Tiffany (also first language English) and maybe Sooyoung (the two SNSD members who haven't appeared) as guests when they next feature girl group idols. Perhaps a mission design where their English ability is crucial to clues, but the clues too difficult for them to figure out from English alone ;) . . . and make them spies!
