Location: Seoul (riverside park, Mecenatpolis).
Chariot of the Gods race (Han River riverside park): The Running Men and guest compete in a chariot relay race against Dong Wan FD, who rides the entire distance on a child's bicycle with training wheels. At each relay point, the Running Man who just pulled the chariot, boards and rides it for the remainder of the race. If they lose, two members are voted on to remain human. If they win, they all become gods in the final elimination.
War of the Gods elimination (Mecenatpolis mall): The Running Men are given Greek god identities as well as weaknesses that can be used to defeat them (Kim Hee Sun-Aphrodite ("exposure"); Jae Suk-Poseidon (water); Ji Hyo-Athena ("ankle"); Haha-Eros (kiss); Gary-Apollo ("stigma"); Suk Jin-Hermes ("clone")). No one knows the others' weaknesses or what weapons will work against whom. Search the rooms in the mall for specific weapons to eliminate the other gods. After the Pandora's boxes are released, search for them to reveal which weaknesses belong to whom (and therefore which weapons will work).
Comments: The all-green suit Jae Suk wears in the intro was a gift from Haha in ep. 60. The clothing worn by the extras and VJs look modeled on Roman togas, but the gods' names are Greek. The only Roman god mentioned is Cupid, the Roman counterpart for Eros. There are inconsistencies in the episode regarding how the members are gaining information which affects what they do, so there are things that look illogical, but it's possibly just a case of poor editing (for example Ji Hyo chasing someone in one scene, but then not going after him a little later while; and also one member seeming to figure out who is Poseidon, but then is suspicious of someone else being Poseidon later). In other episodes, it may have been suspicious that members conveniently and coincidentally never got items that targeted themselves, but it finally does happen. So I think it's plausible in previous episodes that it was just coincidence.
